Our ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader who knows how to inspire, scale, and execute. You’ll build, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales organization that blends human expertise with cutting-edge technology to drive results across P&C and Group Benefits lines.

Compensation and Benefits :
Base salary of $225k-$250k depending on experience + bonus$60 monthly stipend for cell phoneBeautiful, central office in Brickell with company-paid parking, commute & schedule flexibility401k eligible on first payroll. Lead, mentor, and scale a national SMB-focused sales team across P&C and Group Benefits.Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with our company’s revenue goals and client-first philosophy.Drive adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance productivity, prospecting, and client engagement.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market efforts and elevate the customer experience.Build strong carrier and partner relationships to support sustained business expansion.Travel frequently to key markets and industry events to represent the brand and open new opportunities.What You Bring
Active Property & Casualty and / or Group Benefits insurance license (required)10+ years of insurance sales leadership experienceTrack record of scaling teams and exceeding targets in fast-growing or tech-enabled environmentsStrong understanding of SMB insurance marketsExperience with Applied Epic or similar AMS platforms (a plus)Familiarity with AI and automation tools that drive sales efficiencyExcellent leadership, coaching, and communication skillsMust be based in Miami or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)Why Join Us
