We are looking for an exceptionally collaborative individual to join our WW Business Development and Planning Team as a trade-in Product Manager.
Description
In this role, the product manager will define and expand the platform globally. The product manager will own the product roadmap, collaborate across engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and environmental teams, and ensure smooth integration with Apple's sales and upgrade processes.
Responsibilities
The product manager will lead the assessment of new technologies, translate complex partner needs into precise product requirements, and establish the platform as a key advantage. The product manager will oversee global launches, incorporate customer and partner feedback, and help Apple maintain leadership in customer experience, residual value, affordability, and sustainability. This international role involves extensive collaboration across multiple functions. The Product Manager will work closely with teams from Worldwide Offers, Business Development, Apple Sales, Environmental Policy and Social Initiatives, Environment and Supply Chain Innovation, Environment Technologies, Product Marketing, Operations, AppleCare, and Finance.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years in Product Management or related roles (preferably in device lifecycle, fintech, or platform ecosystems). Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complexity and make data-driven decisions. Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, marketing, and finance. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and executives across global markets. Deep empathy for regional and partner needs, with experience delivering global platforms that scale. Familiarity with regulatory, environmental, and privacy dynamics in device lifecycle and trade-in markets. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling product narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. MBA is preferred. Experience and / or degree in Business Development, Sustainability, Circular Economy and / or Privacy is highly appreciated.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
