Prominent, long standing, Law Firm focusing on Complex Litigation cases both Civil Litigation and Commercial Litigation seeks an Experienced Litigation Paralegal. This firm focuses on various areas of law including Product Liability, Catastrophe, Commercial and Business cases.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Must be able to work on Complex Litigation Cases
• Able to draft Pleadings
• Excellent Research and Writing skills
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Procedures
• Possess Excellent Discovery Skills
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Excel and Outlook
• Case Management Experience
• Trial experience helpful

Job Description :

We provide an excellent benefit package which includes Health, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, and Paid time off, etc. Salary will depend on your experience, however, we are in the range of $90-100K, DOE.
