Mount Auburn Hospital Neonatologist

Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital and member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health network serving the greater Cambridge, Massachusetts area is seeking a Board-certified / eligible Neonatologist to join the Department of Pediatrics.

Nestled next to the Charles River, Mount Auburn boasts patient rooms which overlook the river and the Boston skyline. All of our perinatal services, including Labor & Delivery, post-partum and Level IIB Nursery, are located on a single floor, allowing for smooth transitions of care and easy visitation.

The Level IIB Nursery offers individual patient rooms and the opportunity for parents to sleep at the bedside.

Join a team of five core Neonatologists, who provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage to support an annual 2200-birth OB / CNM service.

Job responsibilities include providing inpatient care at Mount Auburn Hospital's newly renovated 10-bed Level IIB Nursery, caring for infants on CPAP and with a GA of 32+ weeks.

The team of Neonatologists is supported by respiratory therapists and Level 2 dedicated nurses. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is our resource for consults and transfers, when these become necessary.
