Summary / Objective
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initial planning through construction and closeout, ensuring design quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction. This position provides leadership to project teams, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases, managing communication, technical execution, and financial performance. The Project Manager oversees multiple concurrent projects, maintains client relationships, and ensures all work meets firm standards for quality, accuracy, and service delivery.

- Leads project teams through all phases of design and construction, managing communication, coordination, and accountability.
- Reviews RFPs, develops project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and assists in contract negotiation.
- Recommends and coordinates consultant selections and oversees consultant performance.
- Fosters a collaborative working environment with project architects, designers, and discipline leads.
- Integrates sustainable design strategies and ensures project compliance with the firm’s Quality Management System.
