Required Skills

• 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience with a master's degree. Prior exposure to multi-unit / location retail environments. Managing multiple sites Strong working knowledge of State and Federal employment law and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% as needed to stores, region or division meetings, and company sponsored events Ability to cover the region has 109 locations and the majority is in Southern CA and 18 in Las Vegas. The furthest north store is in Santa Barbara and there are stores down to Chula Vista. Current or prior experience supporting large teammate population 1000+ Knowledgeable in California Labor compliance
