Responsibilities Administrative Support Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for IT cost and expense allocation and billing.
Manage IT department records and filing systems.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars for IT leadership.
Procurement & Inventory Track IT assets (hardware, software licenses).
Assist with purchasing equipment and managing vendor relationships.
Project Assistance Support IT project managers with documentation and timelines.
Update project tracking tools (e.g., Redmine, Jira, ServiceNow...). Communication & Coordination Act as a liaison between IT and other departments.
Handle emails, calls, and service requests.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual, English and Mandarin Educational Requirements:
- Associate degree in a business or IT related area, IT Support experiences a plus.
