Full Time Only Benefits Eligibility

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

Assists residents to identify appropriate resources and solutions to maintain their highest level of independence and satisfaction, to include problem solving for health, social and emotional needs and coordination of support services.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Graduate from Accredited Nursing School and a minimum of one to two years related experience required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

Current State RN, LPN or LVN license.

Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these.

Knowledge and Skills

Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has a working knowledge of the organization.

Effective oral and written communication skills. Possesses the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Demonstrates an interest in working with a senior population. Ability to establish an effective working relationship with all departments and the community. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. Demonstrates attention to detail.
