Job descriptionEngage with customers through a consultative sales approach, guiding them through the fitting process Provide expert product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy Follow up on sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Make sales and schedule appointments over the phone Achieve sales productivity standards and promote company programs and products Restock merchandise and assist with inventory Commission-based sales / retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven with a passion for customer service Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and tie customers shoes Weekends required Competitive base salary + commission and bonus potential Average Pay : $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on an hourly rate plus commission and bonus Paid, comprehensive product sales training Career advancement opportunities with a high-growth company Professional and supportive work environment Great schedule : 10 AM – 6 PM Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 90 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Exclusive employee deals and financial wellness programs Salespeople with a passion for helping others and improving lives Those who thrive in a consultative sales environment People who value accountability and have a genuine concern for the well-being of others
