Material Operations Manager
Eaton's Aerospace Division is currently seeking a Material Operations Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What You'll Do :
The Material Operations Manager is responsible for managing the internal materials & scheduling processes required inside an Eaton factory in order to drive the maximum adherence to the Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team through the SIOP process.
- Scheduling production in the short term horizon based on the S&OE processes
- Maintaining Inventory Accuracy through accurate cycle counting
- Movement of materials through the facility
- Internal receipts, storage, distribution and transportation
- Manage logistics activities for the site
- Responsible for managing materials flow and transactions inventory to support the plant's operations by deploying lean material flow.
- Responsible for the administration of Indirect and MRO purchasing function according to policies and practices determined by Eaton standards.
- Responsible for generating short-term production scheduling aligned the plan defined by the Network
- Responsible for monitoring execution of production schedule defined by the Network (schedule labor on factory floor, monitor execution of the production plan)
- Responsible for escalation of material availability to the COE and Network teams
- Drive forecast attainment aligned with the MPS resulted from the SIOP plan
- Execute shipment schedule aligned with the customer priority dates aligned with the network and customer service team.
- Champion and deploy continuous improvement leveraging tools such as internal assessments (MMA, OPA), visual management, standard work and value stream mapping
- Responsible for maintaining target inventory levels and meeting OTD goals for both internal and external customers and overall freight targets (including premium freight) aligned with the plan defined by the network
- Responsible for plant owned data health activities including but not limited to routings and WMS system, MRO, shipping and receiving, part movements, production scheduling
- This role is a point of contact to escalations related to execution of the overall SIOP plan
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum three (3) years' combined experience in Materials, Operations and / or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.Minimum one (1) years of manager of people experience.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Glenolden, PA will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in supporting cross-functional SIOP and Inventory management processes.Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring and scheduling execution.ERP knowledge preferably by current business systems.In-depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value streams from raw materials to finished product - APICS CPIM Certification is desirable.Skills :
