We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in providing high-level oversight and governance across complex technology initiatives.
This is not a hands-on technical role—we are looking for a PMO-aligned project manager who excels in risk management, stakeholder communication, program planning, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational leadership and experience managing large-scale technical programs from a strategic and oversight perspective.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide project governance and oversight across assigned IT projects and programs.
Develop and maintain program-level project plans, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
Conduct risk assessments, identify dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies across workstreams.
Ensure projects adhere to PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, including with engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership teams.
Lead project status meetings, prepare executive updates, and track milestones and deliverables.
Monitor and report on project performance, financials, scope, and resource allocation.
Act as a key liaison between the PMO and delivery teams to ensure alignment and escalation handling.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools, and processes.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or technology-driven environments.
Proven experience working within or supporting a PMO function.
Strong understanding of risk management, program planning, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with project portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Clarity, etc.).
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
