As a Security Officer - Education Patrol in Napa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence and outstanding communication will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your role in customer service and access control plays a key part in maintaining a positive experience for all. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
