Peraton is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Sr. Associate with experience in source selection and acquisition support to join our FAA procurement operations team. This role provides a unique opportunity to participate in the full lifecycle of federal acquisitions-from market research and solicitation development to evaluation and award-supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as it modernizes and sustains the National Airspace System (NAS). As a Procurement Associate, your work ensures that contracts are awarded fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA policies-laying the foundation for mission success. You will directly support source selection activities, assist in developing procurement packages, and collaborate with technical teams to help identify the best-value suppliers. Your diligence and analytical skills will help the FAA maintain its legacy of excellence, safety, and fiscal integrity across its acquisition portfolio.

Target Salary Range : $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
