We are seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance to provide financial leadership across Welch's Supply Chain and Finance teams. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer. You will lead the Supply Chain Finance team, oversee forecasting and analysis, manage budgets and capital investments, and provide strategic insights across manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, and co-manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Provide financial leadership for the supply chain, identifying key drivers of cost and performance trends.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, explaining KPIs and variances with clear insights.
• Oversee the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting, including development of standard costs across plants
• Partner across Finance and Supply Chain to :

Align with Commercial Finance on drivers across all sales channels.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $230,000 to $240,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus plan.
