About the Role

Improvix Technologies is seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our growing team in support of a federal customer mission . In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to design, develop, and customize enterprise applications that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

You'll work closely with analysts, database engineers, and project managers to turn customer requirements into powerful, secure, and user-friendly software solutions - all while supporting critical federal operations. If you thrive on solving complex challenges through elegant code and creative design, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Dynamics to meet evolving customer needs.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
• Enhance and extend existing applications to improve performance, usability, and security .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless database integration and application interoperability .
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers or team members.
• Ensure all development activities comply with federal security and clearance standards .
