• Schedule : Monday to Friday 630am-430pm, weekend call only, night calls 7 days per week, every 3-4 days
• Job Setting : Hospital-based, 13 OR rooms
• Types of Cases : General Anesthesia, OB (including TOLAC), healthy peds (tonsils / adenoids), Conscious Sedation
• Credentialing : 90 days
