Clinic-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time | $18.00–$22.00 / hr (Non-Certified) | $22.00–$26.00 / hr (RBT Certified)

No ABA experience required — you’ll receive paid training while completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course as part of your onboarding.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental needs RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification) Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and communication Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
