Installation Manager
The Installation Manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction through installer engagement and business process improvement. The Installation Manager will coordinate and leverage the resources of multiple departments to achieve on-time installation and 100% customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions :
- Recruit and select personnel for installer positions.
- Hold installers accountable to established policies.
- Perform analysis to forecast resource needs.
- Develop, implement, and measure performance initiatives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Partner with the General Production Manager to implement system and process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure product availability.
- Leverage data to monitor and recommend resource needs.
- Manage and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Mitigate and resolve customer escalations.
- Manage to the big picture, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Intervene to resolve disputes according to established policies.
- Foster a team environment and a customer-focused culture.
- Hold direct reports accountable for results.
- Provide feedback and direction to promote employee development.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure consistent application of policies.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications :
Hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, and / or home improvement / remodeling.Residential window replacement, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling.Leadership, goal-oriented, resource management, accuracy, organized, problem solving, analytical skills, management skills, professionalism, communication, conflict resolution, accountability.Skills & Abilities :
Education / Experience : Bachelors' Degree, at least 3 years of operations experience with a customer service focus, and at least 4 years' supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Licenses and Certifications : EPA RRP Certified (Preferred but not necessary).Work Environment :
This position works primarily in the field at job sites with some in office work.
