$90,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Transaction Advisory - Senior Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate for our Transaction Advisory team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and financial analysis to support clients in their transaction decisions, ensuring optimal outcomes in mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence for clients involved in transactions.
• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses to assess target companies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored advisory solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Support senior management in the execution of transactions and provide insights on market trends.
