Change Management Sr Consultant
As a CBRE Change Management Sr. Consultant, you will develop complex continuous improvement strategies, implement a strategy to support adoption of key initiatives, and inspire change programs for business transformation. You will understand the process implications of change, develop change management strategies, and provide solutions to improve the productivity, efficiency, and adaptability of the business. You will work with senior managers and impacted high-profile collaborators to mitigate risks and devise strategies to overcome barriers. You will create deliverables in support of change management strategies, implement change management practices, and build internal relationships with sponsors, business leads, program managers, and all impacted parties. You will assist with training on change management, develop solutions, and implement guidelines to ensure a consistent and repeatable change management approach. You will apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new methods for accomplishing objectives, demonstrate expertise, and coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise.

Compensation
The minimum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
