Alliance Graphics is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced, mission-driven print shop.
This position supports our sales team and general operations by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining efficient office systems.
The role involves tracking and communicating with internal teams, external vendors, and customers throughout the entire lifecycle of orders.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage complex, multi-step workflows from intake to completion.

Position :
- Full Time on site Salary : Commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities Sales & Order Support Assist Sales Team with quotes, order entry, and customer follow-up.
- Convert approved quotes to orders and confirm all fulfillment details with customers.
- Generate and track purchase orders to external vendors, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Support customers from order intake through completion with professionalism and care.
- Customer Service & Front Office Greet and assist walk-in customers with new orders, reprints, and pickups.
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Notify customers when orders are ready and coordinate pickups or shipments.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized front office and sample area.
- Receive and enter external vendor bills (ASI), organize by vendor categories Follow up with external vendors based on order (ASI) deadlines Maintain and update customer and production database records accurately Office Administration Maintain orderly office systems and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
- Support workflow coordination across departments.
- Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and database systems (FileMaker preferred).
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills. Attention to detail is a must Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy production environment.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, and customer orders.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
