Overview: An industry-leading global manufacturer specializing in
bulk material handling systems and
large-scale ship loading equipment is seeking a talented
Construction Manager to oversee the on-site construction and installation of complex mechanical systems.
You will work internationally with a seasoned U.S.-based engineering team providing support.
This is a

Key Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of on-site construction, assembly, and installation of large-scale ship loading systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams from U.S. headquarters to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
- Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and third-party vendors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all activities
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and leadership during critical construction milestones
Qualifications: - ~ 7+ years of Construction Management experience, preferably in heavy industrial, mechanical equipment, or material handling system assembly
- Experience managing overseas or international construction projects highly preferred
- Strong background in mechanical assembly, industrial construction, or systems integration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to travel 100% (primarily across Asia, with support from the U.S.)
Other Details: - Initial training based in Alpharetta, GA
- Assignments primarily in China and Southeast Asia regions
- Travel costs, housing, and business expenses fully paid by the company
