We are a growing logistics provider looking for a strong transportation leader who understands how to scale a network, improve service performance, manage carriers, and lead teams with accountability and clarity.

What This Leader Will Do :

• Oversee transportation operations across multiple modes (Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, Drayage)
• Lead dispatch, routing, carrier management, and customer service performance
• Manage P&L, budget, and margin improvement initiatives
• Negotiate directly with carriers and strategic partners
• Drive KPI visibility, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance
• Develop future leaders and build a high-performing transportation organization
