A company is looking for a Senior Customer Insights Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage a centralized customer insights program capturing feedback across various customer touchpoints
Transform qualitative feedback into actionable insights by identifying patterns and translating user pain points into opportunities
Build and maintain feedback infrastructure, including tagging taxonomies and insight repositories for cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer insights, UX research, or CX roles in B2B SaaS or fintech
Experience building or transforming feedback systems into strategic assets
Expertise in analyzing large amounts of qualitative data to identify significant patterns
Strong organizational skills with the ability to design scalable processes
Proactive and self-directed, with a focus on driving actionable insights
