The expected salary range is $98,100 to $109,000, varies based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose Of Position
Provides a wide range of highly responsible administrative services to support the executive, senior management team, and the business unit. Utilizes excellent organizational skills and takes initiative to perform diverse duties and functions that require confidentiality, discretion, attention to detail, and prioritization. Communicates and interfaces with others efficiently and professionally. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the executive. May direct and lead the work of others.
Primary Duties & Accountabilities
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
7-years of administrative experience, including 5 years supporting an executive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, internet searches, database systems and other relevant software and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and discretion, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Flexibility and adaptability to frequently changing priorities and demands while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and communicate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of corporate and business unit policies procedures and practices.
Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct research, identify data requirements and create research tools.
Demonstrated business acumen, customer awareness and ability to create value.
