Job Summary and Qualifications

The Change Management Manager is responsible for supporting the director for the execution of the Change Management strategy for CSG Nursing. This role will help develop strategies to ensure staff readiness and adoption of new processes aimed at transforming healthcare delivery. Up to 25% travel. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Nursing Leaders at corporate, division, and bedside levels to gather insights on issues and challenges in implementing change, supporting the development and communication of change management strategies to meet nursing operations objectives, assisting in creating Change Management and Communications Plans for each project, contributing to defining the Change Management Manager's role on projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the nursing operations ecosystem to support change initiatives, helping develop and implement Change Impact Assessments and Change Readiness Assessments for care model and care delivery initiatives, tracking and reporting on metrics that measure the effectiveness of change interventions and their impact, supporting the adoption of training programs for new technologies, innovative care models, and process optimization initiatives, applying targeted approaches to support change leadership and workforce transition processes, assisting in implementing culture and engagement strategies, identifying affected populations for each change initiative, managing concerns from various stakeholder groups, providing coaching to project teams on using change management tools, helping maintain a library of change management tools and resources, collaborating across the organization with various stakeholder groups and functional areas to ensure alignment on Change Strategy implementation, and monitoring and escalating issues and risks to Nursing Operations leadership as needed.

Education and Experience

Bachelor Degree Required. Certification in Change Management or received within first 12 months of role preferred. Previous experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within an innovation / start-up environment, complex project, or clinical setting (minimum 3-5 years preferred). Experience in contributing to the development of Communication Plans focused on preparing people for change. Knowledgeable about current Change Management trends. Strong organizational, time-management, and collaboration skills. Effective oral and written communication skills, including basic presentation abilities. Ability to solve problems in healthcare settings using creative solutions. Comfortable using technology to address challenges and complete tasks. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Good facilitation and team collaboration skills.
