Facilities Maintenance Painter
Hobby Lobby's Construction / Facilities Team is looking for a full time individual with experience as a Facilities Maintenance Painter.
Work week schedule may vary and could include some weekends.
JOB DUTIES :
- This individual would maintain safe work procedures by using scaffolds, ladders, man lifts and safety barriers according to prescribed protocols.
- Other job assignments would include further campus painting details with the Facilities Maintenance Painting Team.
Requirements
- Commercial interior / exterior painting experience
- Drywall finish experience is desirable
- Surface prep, layout, cleanup, knowledge of tools and different properties of products
- To be able to work a weekend schedule
- A willingness to learn and to adapt to new skills
- Be able to work well with others
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude
- A valid driver's license
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push / pull / carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices);
work with ladders; work from various heights
