This role offers direct ownership of high-impact strategies, leading to significant brand and e-retailer business results.

Responsibilities

As our Assistant Manager, Retail Media, you are responsible for Execution, Strategy, and Growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping to develop a best-in-class media organization for US E-commerce Retail Media. This includes assisting with full-funnel planning and strategic work across a broad portfolio, overseeing campaign execution, and finding learnings and insights for pureplay and digital sales channels.

Your main focus :

• Assist in the development and execution of media plans across each e-retailer and pureplay, inclusive of targeting, channel analysis, and ROI assessment for Consumer Beauty and Luxury.
• Liaise with media agencies on planning, execution, strategy, and reporting for campaigns and new opportunities.
• Provide monthly updates for Brand and Sales teams and become the go-to resource for media knowledge and performance.
• Identify new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current brand offerings to drive business expansion.
• Own granular media optimization, tracking, and recording to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Support the Senior Manager with annual media planning and goal setting by channel.
• Track and analyze A&CP spend and ROI while executing and processing internal and external finance processes.
• Assist with creative requests and delivery for all campaigns.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis in the beauty category to inform strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (Marketing, Sales, Trade) to achieve holistic targets.
