Senior Client Success Manager

How you will provide meaningful contributions :

  • Deep WealthTech & InvestCloud Expertise
  • Understands InvestCloud's modular approach, including client portals, digital planning, portfolio management, and automation tools.
  • Navigates the needs of RIAs, private banks, asset managers, and enterprises with tailored solutions.
  • Helps clients integrate InvestCloud into their existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Strategic Relationship Management
  • Builds strong relationships with CIOs, COOs, CTOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Engages both executive leadership and end-users to drive long-term platform adoption.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, not just a support contactproactively providing insights that drive business success.
  • Driving Client Success & ROI
  • Aligns InvestCloud solutions to client objectives like AUM growth, advisor efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client engagement.
  • Leverages data analytics to demonstrate measurable ROIwhether through improved advisor productivity or enhanced client experiences.
  • Identifies areas for process automation, AI-driven insights, and digital client interactions to optimize efficiency.
  • Proactive Adoption & Engagement
  • Ensures clients fully utilize InvestCloud's capabilities beyond implementation.
  • Uses engagement metrics to identify usage gaps and proactively drive adoption.
  • Delivers workshops, training, and executive briefings to reinforce value and innovation.
  • Expansion & Growth Focus
  • Identifies upsell opportunities for additional modules, AI-powered insights, digital onboarding tools, etc.
  • Drives renewals and expansion, leveraging Net Revenue Retention (NRR) as a key metric.
  • Positions InvestCloud as an innovation leader, ensuring clients stay ahead in the evolving wealth tech landscape.
  • Data-Driven Client Insights
  • Uses data and analytics tools to generate meaningful insights for clients.
  • Tracks client performance, adoption trends, and engagement KPIs to refine success strategies.
  • Provides benchmarking against industry peers to highlight competitive advantages.
  • Adaptability in a Rapidly Evolving Market
  • Stays ahead of industry trends like personalized investing, AI-driven financial planning, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Helps clients transition from legacy systems to InvestCloud's modern, flexible architecture.
  • Guides firms through digital transformation, ensuring a seamless, data-driven evolution.
  • Internal Leadership & Advocacy
  • Serves as the client's internal voice, advocating for product enhancements and new features.
  • Works cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and engineering to refine InvestCloud's offerings.
  • Provides market intelligence and feedback to fuel continuous innovation.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • BA / BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field is highly preferred
  • 12+ years of comprehensive experience in financial services, specifically within Wealth & Asset Management, FinTech, or SaaS solutions tailored to wealth advisory businesses
  • Proven track record of managing high-value, strategic client relationships in a customer-facing environment, with demonstrated success in expanding revenue and ensuring client retention
  • Deep understanding of wealth management processes, including portfolio management, compliance, reporting, and client onboarding workflows
  • Exceptional consultative and complex solution-selling expertise, with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored proposals, and articulate value propositions convincingly
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to align client goals with innovative WealthTech solutions and drive long-term partnership growth
  • Advanced negotiation skills demonstrated through multilevel stakeholder engagement and securing favorable terms
  • Strong proficiency in analysis, reporting, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques to interpret data, evaluate client performance, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Experience with CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms relevant to wealth management technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence executive-level audiences and technical teams
  • Proactive problem solver with strong project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Deep industry knowledge of best practices within wealth and asset management
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring junior team members and collaborating effectively across functions
  • Willingness to travel as needed, participate in industry conferences, and stay abreast of evolving WealthTech trends

  • The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. Salary range : $150,000 - $180,000. This is a commissions eligible position.
