- Detail-driven – Precision matters in 401(k) administration, and you must be diligent about accuracy.
- Tech-savvy – Able to navigate multiple systems, learn quickly, and use technology to its fullest potential.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 401(k) plans .Assist clients with 401(k) plan setup, onboarding, and initial account configurations .Maintain accurate records, track client needs, and ensure seamless follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams to address client questions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Identify areas to improve client experience and proactively address concerns.Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when communicating internally and externally.What You Bring :
4+ years of experience in client management or account management.Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and stay on top of tasks.Proven experience building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.3+ years of experience in team-based environments – collaboration is key.Experience with 401(k) plans, payroll, or financial services is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior start-up experience (bonus but not required).Familiarity with 401(k) administration, payroll systems, or financial services .Experience with Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology or other productivity frameworks.Job Type : Full-time
