Job descriptionOwnership mentality - handles store operations "as if" it was their personal business Drive and Urgency : Has tremendous energy and initiative to generate, implement, and execute sales and positively inspire subordinates to do the same. Attitude : Always has a positive and open attitude and it positively affects team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques to accumulate more sales. Never appears to be discouraged and is always moving forward. Genuine Customer / Consumer Focus : Has genuine concern about customers, and knows how to reach and target customers through unique marketing campaigns. Is able to professionally handle and adapt in any situation as well as coach and assist other team members who are struggling with this skill. Effectively selling and advertising Cellairis' core products and services Inventory management as a function of sales Capacity Planning as a function of sales Create and maintain a daily sales goal and plan utilizing metrics and reports Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction Housekeeping / Store Organization Merchandising / inventory / loss prevention Employee Conduct / Rules Proven track record of success in sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Perform basic math Ability to turn objections into sales Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License Professional appearance Pass Criminal Background check / Pass Drug Screening Physical requirements : Stand for long periods of time / lift 25 lbs Management Experience : 2-5 years as retail sales manager Proven success in sales Has managed 2-10 staff members in a retail environment

Cellairis specializes in cell phone, tablet, and computer repairs plus, we are the leading device accessory sales company. We are a nationwide company with over 500 corporate and franchise owned locations, and yet again we are experiencing rapid growth in several key markets. Due to one our newest business launches with the largest retailer in the world; Wal-Mart our growth and the demand for talented employees has catapulted.
The Retail Sales Manager will work with his / her District Manager to drive location sales and collect online reviews, resolve customer service issues, hold employees accountable to policies and procedures, and will assist with location scheduling and staffing.
