Job descriptionGenerate new and repeat business through referrals, networking, direct mail, and community marketing techniques. Build and maintain the brand’s reputation, ensuring alignment with core values. Quickly and professionally address any issues that arise to protect and enhance the brand. Manage new menu rollouts, photoshoots, and menu specials. Oversee all website-related activities, ensuring an engaging and up-to-date online presence. Coach and support team members to foster a culture of professionalism and creativity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives successfully. 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-volume atmosphere. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of achieving strong financial results through marketing strategies. A passion for hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
