What You'll Do

As our Billing Manager , you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to project billing and job costing. Your work will help ensure accurate financials, support decision-making, and keep projects on track and profitable.

Your responsibilities will include :

Preparing, reviewing, and submitting AIA billing applications and client-specific billing formats.

Managing detailed job costing-including labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead allocations.

Reconciling project budgets vs. actuals and delivering meaningful variance analysis.

Partnering with project managers to monitor financial performance and resolve billing issues.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Supporting month-end close processes, reporting, and audits.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of accounting experience-construction industry experience strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of AIA billing and construction job costing practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (experience with construction-specific systems is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
