Job Description
Lead full project execution by understanding contract documents, schedules (including critical path), staffing plans, and cost estimates, while coordinating all project personnel. Collaborate with Preconstruction on means and methods, scheduling, systems, and general conditions during estimating and planning. Implement, manage, and enforce site Safety and Quality Assurance Programs to meet OSHA requirements, contract specifications, and industry standards. Maintain strong on-site relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners while overseeing workmanship and compliance. Manage project documentation and reporting, including daily reports, current drawings, procurement logs, schedules, and coordination meetings. Oversee trade partners through efficient planning, scheduling, and Lean and CPM techniques, developing recovery strategies to maintain project timelines. Lead project turnover and close-out processes, including punch-list management and field pre-punch planning to reduce rework and ensure timely completion.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Site Superintendent experience within the education space. Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field. OSHA 30 certificate or ability to attain it within 12 months of hire. Experience with education projects. Experience with scheduling. Proficient in MS Office Platforms and Procore. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to influence, negotiate and drive project schedules. Knowledge of all elements of commercial construction and understanding of skilled trades.
