A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help them bring innovative HVAC and plumbing solutions to life at their Charlotte, NC office.
Your Day Includes
Ensuring HVAC and plumbing meets code and budget requirements
Working with construction administration team to develop project work
Managing equipment selection and preparing contractor RFPs
Representing the company in project meetings and building customer relationships
Assisting in negotiations and strategy meetings
Must Haves
3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing design
4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
PE license highly desirable
Previous experience in building facilities (Hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, etc)
Ability to travel 30%
