PrideStaff is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a building materials company located in Charlotte, NC!
23 / hour + Commission Potential
Full-Time | Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Location : Charlotten NC 28206
We're looking for a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll focus on cold calling potential customers to generate new business opportunities. Our company supplies lumber to cabinet shops and related businesses-but no industry experience is required. If you're a strong communicator with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do :
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Introduce our products and services and build interest
Set up follow-up conversations and maintain relationships with leads
Track outreach and progress using internal systems
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategy and messaging What We're Looking For :
Self-motivated, results-driven personality
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Willingness to learn about our products and industry
