Accounts Receivable
POSITION SUMMARY : The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for handling customer payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain and update customer files, including billing information.
- Collaborate with the collections team to manage past due accounts.
- Generate reports on customer account statuses as required.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of general ledger and customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve unauthorized deductions promptly.
- Identify and address issues within the accounts receivable process.
- Monitor and process credits on customer accounts.
- Support other related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
