Our client is a leading healthcare organization with an urgent need for a Medical Call Center Representative in Downey, CA. This position requires handling high volume inbound calls, where you will be asked to assist patients with scheduling transportation services. Candidates should have experience in medical offices or call centers, and basic computer skills. This is a four-month temporary contract, but could extend. Candidates may be able to work from home.
