Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in the hiring process by partnering closely with a team of recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization. They are an integral part of the hiring process as they will manage recruiting activities and build relationships with internal and external candidates and clients. They often provide the first impression of OCI and must ensure an incredible candidate experience throughout the entire interview process. This candidate must possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and be an organizational expert.
