This Position reports to : Global Marketing & Sales Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will conduct proactive strategic marketing aligned with the Electrification strategy in the US. Each day, you will position ABB in the Utility and Renewables segments as a technology leader delivering excellent customer experience. While the preference is for candidates to work hybrid out of our Cary, NC office, we are also open to candidates working remotely anywhere in the US. This role is contributing to the Electrification Marketing and Strategy function in the US. Main stakeholders are customers, sales teams, and product marketing teams. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technical area is required with 7 years or more of experience in electrification or related industry with background in Product Management, Marketing or Sales; MBA or MS preferred. Expertise in the following activities - marketing strategy, market Intelligence, customer experience, marketing campaign development and execution. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and groups. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

The Division offers segment-specific products and solutions that largely serve utilities, industry, and infrastructure segments, often providing the requisite medium voltage link between high-voltage transmission systems and low-voltage users. With ABB Ability enabled connected solutions at its core, the offering includes medium-voltage air- and gas-insulated switchgear (1 to 66 kilovolts), indoor and outdoor circuit breakers, reclosers, fuses, contactors, relays, instrument transformers, sensors, motor control centers, as well as low-voltage switchgear for the ANSI standard markets.
