A company is looking for an HR Services Data Management Specialist to support human resources transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Complete HR related business process transactions including data entry for new hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations
Perform routine audits of data to ensure accuracy and implement necessary corrections
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyze and implement process changes based on requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience
0-2 years of related experience
Knowledge of Workday and Service Now Ticketing preferred
