Position Title : Clinic Supervisor Location : Heart and Wellness Center (National City) Employment Type : Full-Time Salary Range : $60,000 $70,000 (Based on experience)

The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing both the clinical and administrative facets of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the CS will utilize their leadership and clinical expertise to make autonomous decisions, fostering a productive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.
