Audit Coordination Analyst

The MIL Corporation seeks an Audit Coordination Analyst (Business Analysis, Jr. Analyst) to support a U.S. Coast Guard client with audit request coordination. Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at the client's facility in Washington, DC. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance.

Responsibilities :

• Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Perform day-to-day facilitation, communication, and coordination of audit provided-by-client (PBC) requests.
• Support team with tracking status of PBCs with Microsoft (MS) PowerApps and SharePoint tools.
• Maintain auditee points of contact (POC) listings.
• Support requests to POCs for responses to PBCs and Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFR).
• Support audit coordination training.
• Support meeting minutes and audit walkthroughs.

Education : BS or BA degree from an accredited United States college or University in Accounting, Business, or other relevant field of study.

Clearance : Must be able to obtain a basic DHS Public Trust clearance. Employment is contingent on passing the government clearance process.

Additional benefits and incentives may also apply, which will be communicated during the hiring process. For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
