Job Summary

IT Operations within the Division of Information Technology has an opportunity for a student to assist in FIU's Network Operation Center, overseeing the University IT infrastructure. The position will be part of a team responsible for monitoring and alerting of IT issues. Assist Monitoring Lead with any new implementations or projects. Run and monitor on demand jobs to address issues. Contact key personnel to resolve issues as they arise.

Schedule includes weekends.
