Position Introduction
Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, as the Data Enablement Senior Analyst you will be responsible for data product delivery of daily operations of the shared service. This means you will play an important leadership role in making our enterprise vision a reality; build our data strategy, enabling functional partners, delivering critical documentation to support the data practice, and ensuring that work is broken down for delivery teams. You are someone who demonstrates experience working across teams to deliver agile products and is able to communicate effectively to data engineers, partners and leadership. You will also need to be comfortable and have experience driving through and interpreting ambiguity to provide a clearer picture that can be executed upon.
Responsibilities
- Implement Enterprise Data Platform governance program, design new data processes, and modernize the enterprise data policies and standards.
- Act as the Player / Coach to enable Data, AI, and Advanced Analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
- Communicate and advocate for strategic IT practices, facilitate change by presenting complex ideas clearly, coaching teams through transitions, and promoting agreement on enterprise goals.
- Identify holistic and automated approaches to refine and transform data governance processes.
- Use problem-solving and reasoning skills to lead decision-making; coach the team on how to identify and produce hypotheses (deductive) and monitor data and identify patterns and trends (inductive).
- Informally lead team, giving guidance, training support and peer coaching
- Monitor & measure value realization, cost benefit analysis, determine ROI to ensure products deliver the most value to the organization.
- Provide leadership for how existing and new technology can be utilized to drive business value
- Resolve conflict and act as escalation contact for internal and external partners
- Work across geographies and cultures in an Agile team environment

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technology related field and 4+ years of experience requiredExperience leading 3rd party service provider teamsExposure to ERP applications, (SAP R3, BI and Business Objects).Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes. Technical skills knowledge that allows for ease in learning new business processes, data models and solution tools.Demonstrated initiative and leadership in prior rolesAbility to travel 10%This is a hybrid remote / in-office role.
Compensation
Pay Range : $81,000-$118,000
