We have an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Encompass Group. In this role, you will connect people to their dream jobs and find hiring managers their all-stars that transform their department.

Engage in purposeful, persuasive conversations with candidates

over the phone

Create unique and attractive messaging
Collaborate with leadership teams to help identify and attract
