About the Opportunity :
A national technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Administrator / Architect to lead and optimize enterprise ERP systems. This key role will drive architectural strategy, oversee D365 F&O implementation and integration, and guide the transition toward a future NetSuite platform. Ideal for a hands-on technical leader ready to impact system performance, scalability, and business transformation across finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead architectural design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O based on business and technical requirements.Oversee the transition from Dynamics 365 F&O to NetSuite, ensuring seamless data migration and business continuity.Define and manage integration strategies with enterprise systems such as F&I administration and other third-party platforms.Direct customization, configuration, and system performance optimization efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.Provide technical leadership to developers, analysts, and project teams across multiple sites.Ensure system security, compliance, and best-practice development standards.Deliver technical documentation, training, and guidance to end-users and internal teams.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Administrator, Architect, or Developer.Active D365 F&O certification (or equivalent experience with clear verification).Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules within D365.Demonstrated success in enterprise-level integrations, data migrations, and architecture.Experience leading multi-site, large-scale ERP projects from design through deployment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and travel up to 40% as needed.Preferred :
Experience with NetSuite or involvement in ERP platform transitions.Familiarity with automotive F&I, manufacturing, or financial services industries.Proficiency with Azure DevOps, X++, Power Platform, or related tools.Why Join :
