Effectively oversee every hiring process to adapt to evolving business needs, ensuring both compliance and smooth operations.Conduct and document workplace investigations, handling employee concerns and resolving issues as they ariseMonitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies through regular audits and reviewsFacilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure all necessary paperwork and requirements are metCoordinate with other departments to set up new employees with necessary resources and accessCoordinate the management of employee benefits and support leave of absence requests, keeping all records accurate and up to dateMaintain and update HR records in the organization’s systems, ensuring information remains secure and currentAddress HR-related questions from employees and managers, providing guidance as neededRequirements :
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in property management or compliance-heavy industriesBachelor's Degree or HR CertificateStrong knowledge of California labor law and HRIS systemsProven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretionExcellent communication and documentation skills
