A Self-Starter Independent worker Sales driven & creative with the ability to bring vision to your customers Ethical and Honest Driven & Hungry Experience with Kitchen & Bath sales a major plus Experience with in home sales very important Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes The largest national kitchen remodeling franchise in the country with 200+ offices Based on the Eastside (Bellevue / Kirkland / Redmond / Sammamish / Newcastle / Woodinville / Bothell / Mill Creek) Locally owned and operated by PNW couple Trusted in the community Must be comfortable with in home sales. You are expected to work some events and have scheduled showroom hours The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. Unlimited earning potential. Write your own ticket! Note : This is a full commission opportunity with unlimited upside and bonus plan for over-performance. Generate leads by working personal contacts and cultivating referral network. Some leads provided. Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan of sales actions. Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customers needs. Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide before photographs for the showroom album. Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer. Prepares cabinet drawings using 20 / 20 Design. Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale. Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed. Collects payments from clients.
