As we enter our next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Billing & AR Specialist to join our Finance team and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in our billing, accounts receivable, and order-to-cash operations.

The Senior Billing & AR Specialist plays a key role in managing and improving the company's billing, accounts receivable, and related contract-to-cash processes. This position ensures accurate invoicing, timely payment application, and effective collectionssupporting the company's financial health and cash flow. Additionally, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure clean data flows from Salesforce (and CPQ, if applicable) into NetSuite, supports ERP implementation, and contributes to process automation and reporting enhancements. This role requires hands-on Salesforce experience to ensure accurate data flows and billing setup.

Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms.
• Review customer and billing information in Salesforce / CPQ to ensure accuracy before automated billing schedules are generated in NetSuite.
• Verify invoices include correct PO numbers, tax settings, and billing details.
• Apply customer payments and perform timely reconciliations.
• Manage collections by proactively following up on past-due invoices while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Monitor AR aging reports, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to customer billing, payment, and statement inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze monthly revenue reconciliations to ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Prepare and record monthly deferred revenue entries.
